The practices are tailored to each individual or group, combining conscious movement, breathing and presence. An experience designed both for those who already practise yoga and for those seeking a gentle introduction to the practice.
Sessions can be held in the studio or on a one-to-one basis, adapted to the location and requirements of each Contemplate experience.
